We can also help you choose a material that exactly matches your requirement. We are able to produce products in a range of materials that have been developed to meet the requirements of the rail industry.
We mill our materials in-house, including flame retardant materials suitable for use on trains, which means that we have total control over the manufacturing process leading to shorter lead times and tighter control of costs.
Our in-depth knowledge of the huge range of rubber compounds available mean that we are ideally placed to provide you with expert advice and guidance on material choice. If a suitable material doesn’t exist then we can formulate a new one to meet your needs.
We are happy to discuss stock holding for parts that you use regularly to give you peace of mind that parts will be delivered to you on time.
We consistently maintain an on-time delivery rate of over 99% and a customer reject rate of around 0.25%. In the unlikely event that we are late in delivering product to you we will waive the transport charges for the items that are late.
