At Bovill & Boyd, we are constantly reviewing how we work and evaluating whether there is a better way of doing things. With that in mind, we took delivery of our latest acquisition - an Ultrasonic bath from Ultrawave Ltd late last week and have been busy putting it to work.
We believe this addition to our tool management process will be a big step forward in our ability to ensure all our tools are in the best possible condition. Reducing scrap and more importantly, ensuring that our customers are receiving a top quality product.
Every tool that comes off a press goes through a full cleaning and inspection cycle, ready to be used again and this bath will add to that process.
