PRODUCTION CONTROL OFFICER – Tewkesbury

Requirement for a hardworking, dedicated Production Control Officer for our busy factory located close to Tewkesbury.

This is a great opportunity to continue a career in the manufacturing industry working from our busy manufacturing plant in Tewkesbury. This is a role that has the potential to develop into a Management position in the future and will be key to continuing to bring positive change to the organisation.

Main responsibilities would be as follows:

Work with Operations Manager and Production Supervisor to maximise plant efficiency.
Work with Internal stakeholders to identify areas of concern and develop robust procedures to improve workflow.
Identify products with excessive scrap rates and identify process improvements to reduce these.
With the help of the General manager & Quality Manager, continue the rollout of improvement methodologies such as Lean & 5s.

To be considered for this exciting Factory Operative role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

Self-motivated working attitude.
Tenacious & able to instigate change.
Numerate & literate.
Experience of Lean & 5s in a manufacturing environment.
Good communication skills.
High degree of Health & Safety awareness
Ability to work alone and as part of a team
Good time keeping and attendance record

PRESS OPERATORS – Tewkesbury

Opportunities for hard working factory operatives for our busy factory in Tewkesbury.

This is a great opportunity to start a career in the manufacturing industry working 6am till 14:00 Monday to Friday or 14:00 till 00:00 Monday to Thursday. With the pay starting at £8.21 per hour, these are permanent positions and your day to day duties would include:

Operating a press
General labouring duties within the factory
Some heavy lifting
